- We collect only information you voluntarily provide through forms (such as contact enquiries and your birthday month and day for annual greetings). We do not collect excessive data, nor do we track users across external platforms.
- How we use information
- Information is processed strictly for legitimate church communication, answering pastoral enquiries, sending annual episcopal greetings, and fulfilling ecclesiastical and regulatory duties. Your data is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
- Data retention & storage
- We retain data only as long as necessary for its intended purpose. Birthday greeting subscriptions last 24 months. We send a reminder before the deadline and delete unconfirmed subscriptions when it arrives. Subscribers can renew or request erasure sooner.
- Service providers
- Authorized technical infrastructure providers (such as secure cloud database hosting and transactional email infrastructure) process data solely to deliver diocesan digital services under strict confidentiality agreements.
