Church of Nigeria Consecrates 15 New Bishops, Including Rt. Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Ajayi Adewole

The Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) held a significant consecration service on November 9, 2025, at the Cathedral Church of the Advent, Life-Camp, Abuja, Nigeria. During the service, 15 new bishops were consecrated, marking a new chapter for many dioceses.
Among the newly consecrated bishops was The Rt. Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Ajayi Adewole, who has been appointed to lead the newly created Diocese of Lagos South West. His consecration is a testament to his dedicated service within the church.
The service was a moment of celebration and spiritual renewal for the Anglican community in Nigeria.
